Grapevine Home Renovations was born out of a simple yet powerful conviction: home renovation should be personal, purposeful, and done with heart.
After more than a decade working in the trades, founder Mark Martin saw a recurring gap in the industry: client communication often fell short, craftsmanship wasn’t always honored, and workers were treated as tools rather than teammates. He believed there had to be a better way, a way to build not just better homes, but better experiences for everyone involved!
On April 6, 2023, after months of prayer and reflection, a pivotal moment came after a business networking meeting when Mark’s good friend Andrew encouraged him to take the leap. That same day, the paperwork was filed and Grapevine Home Renovations launched. What began as a small seed of vision quickly took root and hasn’t stopped growing since.
From day one, Grapevine has been about more than renovations. We’re builders of trust, of spaces that reflect the lives lived within them, and of a team culture rooted in craftsmanship, faith, and care. Every project begins with a conversation and ends with something far more meaningful than just a finished space; it ends with a place that feels like home.
